Pros

The word "empowered" is not thrown around because people are generally too busy using their empowerment. Generous compensation when bonuses are applied. Company really supports personal and professional growth.

Cons

Not all areas of the company are equally empowered. Sometimes not enough time to get job done and take advantage of benefits and learning options. Poor work/life balance in some areas - a never ending stream of projects, initiatives, etc.

Steady work, overtime if you want it. The guys were good to work with. Not much else

Cons

I was there two years and finally got a review and a raise. Some guys I worked with complained they got two raises in eight years.

cold work way too much typically only get 4 days off a month in busy season hard to get your vacation when u need it
