Shortly after Jonas acquired Springer-Miller Systems, their so-called reorganization effort completely destroyed one of the main products. Jonas mgmt had no clue what they were doing and relied solely on advice from a then-recently hired senior manager who had zero vested interest in the product or customers. - Total disregard to input from experienced senior employees - Senior mgmt is always right, even if everyone says they're wrong - Little or no room for career growth, especially if you're a top performer - Major disconnect between senior mgmt and those who actually deliver the product - Doesn't feel like a forward-looking software company
