      Pros

      Despite being smaller company compared to other local facilities the pay is better.

      Cons

      No communication (ZERO), things are usually found out last minute. Yearly raises do not happen (even when promised). You will work in a constant cycle of doing good then being scolded for not doing well enough. Nothing ever gets fixed (higher up issues) Managers hired are usually nobody from within and it is impossible to get promoted to a higher position more times than not. I would consider other places before taking a position here.

We do strive to provide effective communication to our team from top to bottom through various different mediums including emails, social media, the intranet, flyers, and more. If you have any additional ideas on how to increase communication, we would love to hear those. When it comes to compensation and benefits, we review these annually striving for market competitiveness. We also do strive to promote from within and have had around 30 promotions made in 2022.       Good pay and really nice benefits

      Pros

      They have a 4 day work week and a lot of holiday and pto time off which makes it nice around the holidays.

      Cons

      It’s grown and expanded so much that communication seems to get lost along the way. Too many people trying to change things too fast and it doesn’t give everyone enough time to find out or prepare.
