Pros

I love the 4 day work week! And I feel like they always try to work with you if possible. I also love that this is a place you feel like you have a voice. They want new ideas! And my team is awesome! Really everybody is! Always ready to jump in!

Cons

We do change A LOT but it always works out.

Pros

The 4 day work week is the best benefit if you are an hourly employee. Very genuine and hardworking employees. Very mission driven in everything they do!

Cons

If you are salaried, it seems to not really work the best to work 4 days a week. Changes very rapidly, which is not always bad, just as long as you are go with the flow!

Pros

Helping your community. Four day work week.

Cons

Lots of turnover. Pay is not competitive, but qualifies for student loan repayment.
