Pros

Jordan Valley is one of the most welcoming places I've ever worked. Between my awesome management and team I know I'm in the right place. My pay is competitive, PTO starts accruing immediately, and the benefits are just what I'm looking for. They have a 4 day work week and when they say they want you to have a work/life balance they mean it. I've told all of my friends and family to apply at Jordan Valley since I've started and I'll continue to do so. This company has been around for 20 years and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.

Pros

Jordan Valley has better benefits than other healthcare organizations I have worked for in the area, including the 4-day workweek. I have felt supported in my role here and appreciate what the organization does for the community.

Cons

Rapid change means you need to be flexible, I enjoy this aspect but it comes with growing pains.
