Pros

The CEO cares for his employees. He always says hello in the hallways and he is interested in what you have to say. The employees work very diligently to care for the patients they see. The compassion for all walks of life is truly amazing!

Cons

So far, the common downfall is the turnover of staff and those who talk about it. It's all about what you choose to do and talk about or not to talk about.
