4 day work week was convenient.

Cons

If you need a low paying job for about 2 years, this might be the job for you. If you don't want to add "fired" to your resume, then keep looking. They love to hire a big group and then choose favorites, everyone else is slowly weeded out. Management is very inconsistent and will micromanage every minute of the work day.
