Business Outlook
Pros
It's a fun environment with accepting people and you can gain lots of experience. The customers are good listeners and they have fun with you as well. Head office is constantly giving people the opportunity to grow and casual dress plus an employee discount is fantastic. I love this company.
Cons
The pay is not all that great for co manager. Managers get paid better and the pay for key holders is reasonable, but co managers get bit in the butt a little bit.
