To much work very little pay

Pros

1- Dress code is nice and flexible 2- Discount not bad 40% 3- Good music

Cons

1- Work 45 to 65 hrs a week and the pay sucks 2-No overtime pay 3-No weekends off 4-Day work schedule. 5-Some managers make minimum wage when they're in a slow store and the base pay sucks as you are working for less than the minimum. 6-Managers are excepted to outsell they're employee thous making it dificult to concentrate on you're management skills. 7- Sick pay sucks. 9- Overall the jobs pay sucks
