Pros

This job is so great when you are looking for flexibility. It is also is a space to provide fun and provide care for the little ones. You would think it stops there but they also probably reasonably pay with bonus perks on top.

Cons

Your schedule may not always be the same or consistent. You do sometimes have to stay on the lookout for assignments if you cannot achieve or choose not to do permanent placement.

I really think that Jovie is a quality company to be listed with for children caretaking assignments. Over the 90 days that I've been with Jovie, I have had great assignments at times that are convenient for me. They offer extensive training so that I feel that I could successfully handle anything that comes up with the family or children I have cared for. I highly recommend this quality company.

Cons

Sometimes good assignments are snatched up too fast for me to grab.
