Pros

The flexibility with scheduling is really helpful, management is supportive and mainly super kind! , and I’ve met great families through this job. Training is clear and the team communicates well

Cons

Some shifts can be inconsistent in hours, travel between families can take time, and pay could be higher for the amount of work expected. especially with amount of kids and etc.

Pros

Working with Jovie has been a rewarding experience. The scheduling team and managers are supportive and communicative, and I’ve always felt like my work is valued. There are opportunities to step into leadership roles and gain more responsibility, which shows that they really notice hard work and dedication. The families I’ve worked with have been great, and the flexibility of shifts makes it easier to balance with other responsibilities.

Cons

Some shifts can be added last-minute, so it requires staying on top of notifications. Communication between families and sitters could sometimes be smoother, but management is usually quick to help resolve issues.
