Rewarding to work with kids and connect with new families! A very intentional company that is not only concerned for our safety and wellbeing but also concerend with that of the families we care for. A great position that allows for a felxible schedule, intentional time and work with children, and good benefits.

Cons

Sometimes the app makes it hard to pick up shifts and can be inconsistent each week with work scheduling.

Having a flexible schedule, different kiddos most of the time to keep me on my toes, and very responsive employers!!

Cons

Cancellations can be inconvenient, especially if there was another opportunity that was passed up on because of the booking.
