Pros

The pay is good. The hours are super flexible. It's very fun and rewarding. If you refer someone to CN+T and they get hired, you get $25 as a "thank you".

Cons

The app really needs an update. It glitches and crashes a LOT.

Pros

Very flexible hours and fair pay for the work you put in. Because the appointments are managed for you, if they cancel within 24 hours you will still get paid (a reduced rate, but better than what would happen if you were tutoring independently). A lot will depend on your specific location's LCC and manager, but the locations in Austin were great while I was there.

Cons

IF your scheduler isn't great, you can end up with students that need help in stuff you know nothing about. You may be a history/english specialist, and somehow end up with a calculus student. It's awkward for everyone, so don't be afraid to go to the manager about that.

Pros

Great family environment, you get to know many people and learn to exercise patience and understanding. You feel very loved here.

Cons

Not very stable, the number of hours you're available for may not guarantee actual work. Sometimes it's hard to get by.
