      Ability to work remotely. Developing relationships

      Cons

      Out of date systems that do not work. Micromanaged to the point you cannot do your job successfully. Worked 60+ hours a week with very little down time. Emails and phone calls outside of normal business hours, with expectation to always be plugged in. No benefits. Low pay for ALL employees including Nannies, Sitters and Tutors. Owner doesn't even live in the state of CO and is trying to open a franchise from MN.

      Pros

      The nannies are great, on time, and reliable

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They underpay employees and charge ridiculous prices that seem to be always rising. Mangament miss treats employees and gossip about clients.
