HORRIBLE. The families are charged based on how many kids they have etc (25+$/hr) yet the nannies are paid minimum wage. The families expect more because they are paying such ridiculous rates but CNsT is pocketing the money. Also if a family decides to let you go early (maybe the kid is having a horrible day) and you’re there less than three hours, the family still has to pay the three hours yet you only get compensated however long you worked, this causes the families to think it’s ok to let their nannies off early because they’ll still be paid as much. The company pockets so much money the nannies work for it’s absolutely ridiculous, they do not care about the nannies at all. JOIN A DIFFERENT AGENCY OR JUST USE CARE.COM DO NOT JOIN CNST.

Horrible employer Terrible, inexperienced, unprofessional, rude and retaliatory management Unprofessional and unethical franchise owners —lack of real word business knowledge. Bad leadership and inability to activate proper leadership and ethics behaviors. Known to mix up PTO & hours worked across offices Questionable employment/legality practices Lack of honesty Demonstrates discriminatory behaviors toward people who are pregnant, elderly or non-white. Known to fire employees without cause and without warning and then say the employee quit without notice. Non secure technology practices—vulnerable to security breaches with employee information and payment information for families. Staff are miserable
