Company has a great mission and has accomplished a lot over the last few years.

Cons

The biggest opportunity for improvement is leadership. The company has placed individuals in leadership and executive roles who lack the leadership skills necessary to build engaged, high-performing teams. This has created a culture of low morale, poor communication, and declining trust. Prioritizing leadership capability over tenure or internal politics would significantly improve the employee experience. Some teams are impossible to interact with because they are so rude and unhelpful. Sometimes emails to the benefits team go unanswered even after several follow-up attempts.
