Judi Health has a meaningful mission of bringing transparency to a historically opaque pharmaceutical benefits industry and works on the complex challenge of unifying healthcare and pharmacy benefits. The successes are tangible and affect everyone from patients to employers. The company has many capable, collaborative people, and are generally supportive, knowledgeable, and willing to help across teams. Engineers have IC opportunities to work on large systems and gain exposure to healthcare, claims processing, integrations, and regulated workflows. The best part of Judi Health is its understanding and work flexibility: remote. This has been a clear advantage of the company in drawing high-tier talent that has been able to deliver goals and objectives ahead of schedule. The engineering culture can provide substantial ownership. Developers can have the opportunity to influence architecture, improve processes, and solve problems that have real-world effect and improvement. For those engineers who love solving in ambiguity, there are greenfield projects that push the growth of Judi Health as a whole.

Cons

The company has experienced considerable change, restructuring, and leadership change. Priorities and team structures can shift quickly (and frequently) sometimes before previous initiatives have had time to mature.
