Pros

Mission driven work - strong sense of purpose and opportunity to make real impact Smart, collaborative colleagues - team is thoughtful, capable and willing to help each other and do anything to care for members Fast- paced environment - always something new to work on - great exposure to learning opportunities

Cons

Pace can be intense - this environment moves quickly which is exciting but requires strong prioritization skills High expectations - performance standards are high, which is motivating but nay not suit those looking for slower pace and like the status quo

Pros

My time there started out great, I genuinely saw myself being there for years and growing my career. This company used to be the best for employees, I felt so lucky and proud to be a part of the team.

Cons

Feels like ever since they got their funding, everything's been going south. Several teams keep hiring new people and other teams who desperately needed help were told "you're fine" and no support was provided. Workload tripled which lead to mistakes and the employees being blamed and turning against each other.

Pros

Strong, empowering leadership that actively supports new ideas and gives you real ownership over your work. Exceptional career growth opportunities: You're not just filling a role; you're building one. Access to the latest tech stack, with responsive and knowledgeable IT support. High employee retention: Most colleagues and leaders have been here 5+ years, which says a lot about the culture. Job security with a stable, growing organization. Competitive compensation package: great salary, unlimited PTO, wellness budget, 401(k) match, and excellent healthcare coverage.

Cons

The technical team is still maturing; you may notice gaps if you're coming from a larger, more established engineering org. That said, the company is growing fast and the trajectory is clearly positive, so this is more of a watch item than a dealbreaker. New CTO: There's some natural uncertainty that comes with leadership transitions, though the early signs are encouraging
