Pros

Growing like crazy. Capital Rx is changing an industry and doing it the right way. The team is friendly and welcoming. If you want to work somewhere that will push you to advance every skill, make a real difference, and feel apart of a family this is the place.

Cons

What comes with growth is growing pains. You have to be flexible but you feel rewarded every day. they have a good team in place and leadership really cares.
