The most exciting part of my job is that I am able to work with innovative, passionate, and extremely smart people at a growing company that gives us the tools to be successful. I feel like not only my team has my back, but also the whole organization, and I think this is a result of a clear company mission, vision, and values.

Cons

Really none that I can seriously think of, I believe with any smaller/rapidly growing company their are temporary organizational structure kinks that need to be ironed out, but I think with great company overcomes those hurdles fast.
