Pros

Compensation, remote position, PTO, not a call center!

Cons

-Leadership is toxic and full of politics & drama. -They claim to be a company that assumes good intentions, believes in transparency, and helping employees grow….which I found to be completely unfounded. -There are clicks. Don’t fall for the fake engagement. Everything you say CAN and WILL be used against you by your coworkers. To whoever is reading this: 🚩 Stay away. It’s TOXIC.

Cons

Employees not treated equally - clearly they value some more than others Unclear structure Inadequate training for vague processes Startup "bro" culture - with no regard for people with different/conservative personalities Cosplaying like a serious company but they 're stuck in startup mode
