Pros
Work from home is the only one
Cons
Echoing another review and strongly advising against accepting a job here. The job market is rough, but this place will not be any better. -No 401k match -Very low salary compared to the market. Very low salary compared to the same job title within the company. -The CEO said they are no longer a start-up. However, the environment is still a start-up. No work-life balance even with the unlimited PTO. Turnover is relatively high. People are ‘no longer with company effective immediately’ almost every other week. -Do not work here unless you want to work under managers with serious insecurities and personality disorders. Loads of narcissists who will negatively talk about their leaders and other C-levels in large meetings. -Everyone hires their friends and lackeys. At least HR has policies around nepotism. The incompetent lackeys here are protected, rewarded, and promoted thus perpetuating the toxic environment. -Pay attention to the negative reviews. You will be told you have autonomy and no one micromanages. The managing tree will immediately gaslight and micromanage you. Similar to other reviews, ‘anything you say will be used against you’ regarding bringing up issues. Avoid working here unless you enjoy rampant unprofessionalism. A leader bragged about attending a morning client meeting while still drunk from the night before.
