HR is a NIGHTMARE! dodge responsibilities; constantly passing the issue around so nothing gets done. Refused to fix over contribution to 401k for taxes. Executives discourage giving yourself the highest rating during review season so that there is less competition against them (merit increases are directly related to rating). Expected to work overtime / weekends during 'rush' opportunities that never end. No internal verification to ensure salary grades are similar across org for same job title.
