Competitive pay and benefits, great opportunities for career growth if you are willing to put in the effort. Good leadership and vision from upper management; strong sales and marketing team to help grow the business

Cons

Stealing from another reviewer - Workloads can be excessive and the work life balance can become unbalanced if you let it; at times more services are sold than there are resources to deliver those services; dealing with customers can be difficult since we are dealing with ERP implementations and change management is at forefront of every implementation - which can create difficult situations to deal with; you may be required to learn new skills with little to no formal training.

Junction is a small, dynamic company with room for growth. Mentoring relationships exist and there are always people with a lot of experience and expertise around to learn from

Many positions include significant business travel and this can be a pro or a con depending on the person/day. With the fast paced nature of Consulting you must be ready to speak up if you need help with anything, from a job duty to an HR issue.
