Pros

Open, entrepreneurial environment with many opportunities for growth. Managers have excellent hands on AX experience, and many consultants have industry experience with many full life cycle implementations. Firm has impressive depth in the multi-channel retail space, as well as many references in the food and bev space. The firm is positioned for continued growth the the Dynamics AX space

Cons

Firm is growing quickly and is still working out some of the structural changes to manage growth. This con actually provides a challenge and opportunity though for employees to help and contribute

The bottom line is Junction is a great place to work because everyone is highly competent, professional, friendly, and respectful of each other and customers. In addition, compensation and benefits are extremely competitive.

Cons

There are no cons. I could not think of a better place to work.

Pros

You are a part of a team! There is a lot of diversity among the employees and everyone brings something different to the table, which means there is always someone with more knowledge/experience to tap into when you need help. Very professional environment with a strong focus on servicing the customer. Junction values the employees and are not afraid to show it.

Cons

Very strong growth keeps everyone extremely busy but management does listen when you yell "Uncle".
