- The people are all very intelligent, hard-working and personable. - Leadership - Industry focus - Sales and Marketing Engines - Compensation is very fair and benefits are fantastic for a relatively small company

Cons

- With successful growth comes very busy schedules. However, if you are proactive you can manage your work-life balance successfully

Pros

The corporate culture is one that really fits the lifestyle I have been accustomed to. It is a great working environment and the company truly has the best interest of the employee in mind when making decisions and considering career movement (lateral or vertical). The Executive team really make you feel as if you're part of a solid team built on a strong foundation. Junction provides its employees with enormous amounts of opportunities to work with great industry leaders and further extend your career goals and initiatives.

Cons

The hours can be very daunting at times, but as is life in the consulting world I guess. 401k employee matching on each and every paycheck would be nice. At times too, the travel expectations may exceed some of your common and typical consulting practices.
