Pros

Junction is one of the few consulting companies focused exclusively on Dynamics AX. They are committed to building the best DAX consulting group in the Industry. Great place to learn and develop your career. I have found they have an unusual commitment to customers with a motto of never letting a project fail.

Cons

Can be lots of travel for projects.

Pros

Junction is a play that thrives on the success of its employees. The tools are in place to help each and every employee to grow. As the years have gone by the excitement has grown and the leadership has improved. Great organization!!

Cons

The only con would be the stereotype that consulting has in the business world. Without an understanding of a true partnership the client and partner cannot be successful. The con is a lot of organizations don't understand that Junction really does want to be a long term partner and success will be determined by both.
