Excellent management team, great benefits, absolutely the best customers. A very good company to work for.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company sold itself to RSM. In doing so, they sacrificed the uniqueness of the company for a big insensitive corporate environment that has more greed than feed for employees. Too bad Junction is gone.
