Everyone had their own little que and kinda have to learn things on your own. Last manager didn't know what he was doing

Cons

Poor management! Expansion too fast. Chronic product shortages. Quality of food went down. Lack of care! Management only concerned about profit, profit! No longer living up to mission statement.
