The management. Favoritism, lack of training, company structure, and the feeling that every person in management knows it all. Feedback not taken seriously if you don't agree. It is a growing business, but not many people will last due to the toxic culture created from the higher ups.

Employees that are not part of the "club" will struggle to get a promotion and recognition. Sadly, nepotism is common practice in this company. Kitchen Workers and Sales Consultants are treated as second class people by upper management. "Managers" for the most part are uneducated in management and leadership, and are easily manipulated by the higher ups. HR is just another department with no power to intervene and help employees when they need.
