Cons

Employees that are not part of the "club" will struggle to get a promotion and recognition. Sadly, nepotism is common practice in this company. Kitchen Workers and Sales Consultants are treated as second class people by upper management. "Managers" for the most part are uneducated in management and leadership, and are easily manipulated by the higher ups. HR is just another department with no power to intervene and help employees when they need.

Satisfaction of helping many pet owners with changing their pets' lives for the best.

Cons

The original owners of the company were very aggressive and bullied most of the staff. As a salary employee they behaved as though you were a purchased and owned item.
