Pros

Transparent company, very good health and pension benefits, freedom and encouragement to do training and up your skill set, great team environment (good, happy people and our office is a nice place to work in), freedom to create and work on your own projects and initiatives & collaborate with other teams.

Cons

Not really cons unless you don't like working hard/personal development; you need to put in the graft if you want to progress in your role here, and there's no hand-holding (everybody is expected to be able to jump in and get on with their work independently). I like it but can imagine that this doesn't suit everybody!

Pros

Culture is really good - no egos to deal with Hardware & software is top-notch - decent laptops, multiple large screens, any justified software Tech stack is impressive and evolving rapidly Room to innovate processes or tech & give new ideas a try Flexible working arrangements

Cons

A real shortage of PM & QA roles Salary is very much a function of your negotiation powers The freedom to succeed by yourself means you won't be hand-held, which won't mesh with some

A company with great intelligent people who all care about the end cause. Autonomous and trusting atmosphere - genuinely treated like an adult! Great office environment designed to suit different types of working HR team genuinely trying to improve communications

Cons

Leaders out of touch with most of the business Lack of clear career paths (this is only a con if you're looking to become a lead or manager)
