Pros
+ Snacks + 2 Hour Lunch break (Although many choose to take it later, thus encouraging an unconsciously shorter work break for others) That's about it. There was a very brief window of time in which team building trips were encouraged, but that went out the window quite quickly when management became more concerned with profit than employee care.
Cons
- Over-bearing, numbers obsessed management which translates into demonstrably miserable staff. - Little to no involvement of regular staff in decisions that affect their work environment, workload or time management. Overtime not enforced, but subtly implied as necessary. - Unrealistic expectations put on staff due to the profit greed of management, which results in pointless stress. - Entirely unethical and unprofessional practices with regards to salary. Members of staff are paid higher or lower for the same position. - Management proved time and time again they are not interested in the well-being or concerns of employees. This was demonstrated quite clearly by a certain member of staff who arrogantly declared "I care more about what's good for the company rather than individual concerns".
