Pros

I love the work life balance that the company supports of its employees I love the tuition reimbursement program here at k12, enabling employees to pursue their education. the work timings are so flexible, it helps in employee retainment and give the employees to perform better.

Cons

company as such is upcoming and fastest growing in DC area. so some of the business development processes are not streamlined yet.

Pros

Growing company, flexible schedule, casual atmosphere

Cons

Lack of communication, wasting money with little to no oversight - oversight on the paperwork, but the validity of the amount spent or spent on what is a free for all. Too many managers, directors, vps -- titles used as an excuse to give a pay raise. Easy to get pidgeon-holed in a position

Pros

Great people if they are at your same job level, very quiet office environment, nice building, products are better than anything on the market.

Cons

You have to work 12-14 hour days to meet their productivity expectations, they frown upon vacation times, some of the management treats employees very badly.
