Pros

Working from home, especially during COVID pandemic restrictions, was nice. Most of the administrators who bullied teachers and micromanaged teachers were fired this month.

Cons

Micromanaging and passive-aggressive, bullying administrators was a con. Low pay, a con. Excessive platforms and excessive data collecting forms was a con. Most of the administrators were not culturally nor ethnically diverse. So many other cons.

Pros

Work at home, steady pay and benefits. This was a great job until- company decided to fire over 100 people in one day.

Cons

Greedy, disloyal management and corporation. They do not care about their employees- just how they can profit from them. They hired someone and then dumped them for no reason after 6 months.

There is not a single one.

Cons

Atrocious school leadership that has no teaching or admin experience. Routinely lie to and belittle staff. Poor pay, poor benefits. Expected to work 60 hours a week or they threaten you. Out of compliance with special ed. Many of their best staff have resigned after working under Carrie Quinn, Sonimar Villegas and Sam Gonzalez. Horrific company that takes advantage of teachers, kids, and uplifts atrocious managers to places of power.
