      Pros

      Company functions are fast paced. Constant company growth. Benefits are great. Lots of opportunity for individual professional growth and knowledge gain. Lots of hard working employees who are passionate about the ultimate goals of the services provided by the company.

      Cons

      High turnover. Work is absorbed by remaining staff when employees leave the company. Compensation is based on favoritism. Recognition is based on favoritism. Exceptions are given so freely that it becomes expected. Constant changes that aren’t really changes, just a periodic back and forth and back again. Company policies or regulation requirements aren’t being enforced. No accountability.

      All!! Part time working more than 40 hours a week. Bad communication. CEO is a narcissistic . Management scared of contradicting the CEO.
