Easy going company that allows flexibility in the workplace, no micro-managing, fast paced so you are always busy, good PTO plan, open door policy

You have to make sure you can keep up with the fast paced environment or you will drown

you get some good insight to what is actually involved in training a canine for this type of work and how valuable an asset they can be.

Cons

the handlers aren't treated well at all; nepotism at it's finest, no support from management, some managers will admit they let you down and then not back you up.
