      Pros

      Little drama. the Majority of employees are absolutely amazing and they become family. They are always very supportive and understanding when it comes to emergencies or situations when you need to take off work for necessary family needs. Overall I would recommend working for the company. Work hard, show up, take the job seriously, and you can become successful in the company.

      Disconnect from upper management to direct management.

      Pros

      Dream job of training dogs. There are some great people that work there that I consider family and I'll have their back no matter what and they will have mine.

      Cons

      Certain co-workers not supporting each other as a team. When there is a complaint about you,(from another employee) it's not brought to your attention it's is automatically assumed it's true, so you can never explain your side. This can also hinder you moving up, and can cause everything thing you've done to get over looked. Your supposed to be team mates can get very clicky, petty, and passive aggressive. Seniority does not matter. It can get very stressful at times but it always blows over and Is worth it in the end.

      Great if you want to learn a lot about dogs

      Cons

      I got PTSD from this job. The unsafe things I was told to do while unattended around aggressive dogs. This company does not care about your well-being, just money. They'll promise to promote you but never will. Just to keep you hoping.
