      The management, they are running that company into the ground. They have the wrong people in jobs they are unqualified for and that is only one of many reasons they cannot win contracts. They have cliques that they play favorites with even if that means bad things for the company. They made money during a decade war in two different countries but now contracts are more competitive and they cannot win. They founder has lost touch and the moeny may have gone to his head.
