      Pros

      Good benefits, excellent holiday time and PTO accumulation program. Working at this company you feel like part of a family. Work hard, have a positive attitude, be a team player and your coworkers will take notice and return the same to you. The opposite is also true. If you have poor work ethic or a negative attitude your time here will be difficult and short. The company's mission is exciting and purposeful.

      High turn over rate due to finding good employees, location of training center is remote, easy to over work yourself if you can't set boundaries.

      puppies. and some of the people are good

      they don't pay employees what they're worth, senior management takes no responsibility when they fail the employees, nepotism runs rampant no matter how poor the job performance - if you're related to the owner you're going to keep your job no matter how poorly you do it. safety of handlers and canines when traveling isn't a concern or a priority
