      Pros

      I'm prior military and it's great working for folks who still maintain the discipline of service members, but are open to new ideas. The company is growing from the theater draw down overseas back in 2012. I'm not afraid to approach top leadership with new ideas - they'll listen. The culture here is much better than my last job at a large organization. No micro management that I've seen.

      Cons

      Millennials are rocking the boat a little, but it's met with optimism.

      Meaningful work providing canines to Law Enforcement agencies, Military Canine programs, and Private Security companies throughout the world.

      Pros

      K2 has been great because the executive team is very down to earth and willing to help with the smallest of projects.

      Cons

      The main issue is that it is in the middle of no where. The Southern Pines location is not too bad, but the Canine center is forever away.
