We sit next to civil servants who do the same work, or even less technically demanding work in some cases, and are compensated significantly less. I recently got a significant pay bump and now make what a government counterpart of mine made 3 years ago. The business office cares about winning contracts, and they do that by keeping costs of the actual work low, with low salaries on the technical side.

to many to list, main ones are no respect from the managers or other supervisors, both will lie to the workers and to each other, some supervisors DO NOT know what they are doing and have the attitude of my way or the highway, the ones that do know what to do are treated with disrespect from the managers and other supervisors because they are not their good all boy club, no advancement now unless you are in the good all boys club with the other managers and supervisors, I was one before KBR took over and things were different back then. This was a good company to work for until KBR Wyle took it over, then it went down the toilet and until another company takes over it will not change.
