      I loved the people I worked with & the personalities of the general employees

      Laid back environment, compensation is often looked at and evaluated

      Cons

      benefits are severely lacking, various levels of management have little to no management/leadership skills, many of the only good leaders are retiring/retired, workforce itself is aging very quickly

      Coworkers are amazing and act like family. The customers interact with their work force to see what actually goes on.

      The management are only looking out for themselves and to make their numbers. They, asking with human resources will lie about everything.
