      Pros

      Management allows you to do your job. Direction is given and employees that are self starters get ahead in the program.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. Appears there are a large number of long term employees which tells me that retention is important in maintaining a top notch company.

      Pros

      ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is something you usually don't get a chance to involve yourself in, and KCI has a great ESOP program, 100% vested in 5 years. Large firm, regional presence, lots of work opportunity.Good people, if you are proactive and seek interaction.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost in the weeds unless you prove yourself. The different disciplines rarely interact with other disciplines, almost creating High School cliques.
