      Pros

      This is a very easy job! Packing chicken into different containers and the sides are already in a warmer ready to go. Employees get a discount once a day when working.

      Cons

      Depending on the KFC you work at, they might make you scrub the trash cans. (Disgusting) This was a main reason I quit. I didn't sign up to scrub KFCs garbage cans for a half hour. Also, you don't get a discount the days you are not working.

      Pros

      I chose my own weekly schedule. I had some freedom designing and upgrading the operation. The restaurant's success or failure rested on my shoulders. Unlimited free food!

      Cons

      Everything, Including yourself, will smell like a fryer. With 8/hour being the highest hiring rate for employees, you are surrounded by unmotivated kids, non-English speakers, or cons. Even junior management just show up for a paycheck and never strive to do more. Basically, you are the captain of a sinking ship - Some days you just seem to bucket enough water out of the boat.
