No raise Makes you do A LOT of stuffs + very tiring by the end of the day (I am a cook) even when you're just working for like 4 hrs Managers can be VERY bitchy or VERY nice like their's nothing in between End up smelling like dead turkey and need to shower after work all the time Training is so bad. I had 3 cooks trained me and one manager and all of em showed me different ways on how to do stuffs "properly"

Corporate is selling stores (as stated by David Novak to investors) and has downsized home office staff. Now more interested in profits than the people who get them profits. Health benefits are not comparable to other QSR companies. Lower volume stores no longer have assistant managers. Excellent managers with tenure and solid, quantifiable results are leaving and/or terminated.
