THE PEOPLE ARE COOL. Work is relatively easy. If you get to do something other then prep, the job is even more easier.

Cons

Some customers are disrespectful Prep is a hard job and they have one person do it when they should have two people doing it. There should be more pay raises. They hire more people when they should focus on the good ones they have.
