Industry standard compensation derived from "compa-ratio". A little better work-life balance than I've seen elsewhere.

Cons

I have experienced very weak management; generally, I often feel I know more than them and they make bad decisions. However, management in most other departments look incredible. So it may be just my microscopic experience and my advice should be just to stear clear of my team.

Benefits are good, but not much else.

Cons

There is no pay increases or promotions at all at my location. Pay is also not very competitive. Manager expects 50 hours of work for salary, not 40. The work itself is fairly menial.
