      Great learning experience but can be tough for families

      Pros

      Marketing professional training center. You get to learn a lot here if coming from an engineering background. It’s an intensive job and requires frequent travel. My supervisor, SVP and GM are competent and good mentor. I enjoyed working with them.

      Cons

      Good for people who are single and no kid family who wants to maximize career development. Family with kids, you will always have to struggle between family life and work.
