      Very organized organization, a very pleasant workplace with a positive and constructive atmosphere. Lots of support from management and help for those who want to advance. Excellent social conditions, opportunities to develop your career into management positions or other departments. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      There are no promotion options at the job level, except for management positions or other departments. Working in a production department requires constant routine management, which is not necessarily suitable for someone looking for varied interests and challenges at work.
